4. Activate by phone (follow the instructions in the robot).

If you perform a clean installation/reinstallation 8.1 on a system where stood 8 Retail buy windows 8.1 activated key on the phone, then entering your old Retail key, see item 2, when connected online, there will be an automatic reactivation.
But important condition, your old Retail key must not be blocked.
